Our mission is to help our patients create beautiful smiles and well-balanced faces that exude confidence and self-worth. Dr. Mullen treats each patient as an individual by providing a customized treatment plan to address their needs and desires. From the beginning of treatment, we hope to deliver an orthodontic experience that is professional, comfortable, caring, and fun. We will act as both educators and motivators, taking our patients to the highest level of orthodontic care by offering the latest technologies and newest treatment options, such as ceramic braces, Invisalign™, and digital imaging, including no-gag digital impressions.
Office Policies
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If your appointment is missed, it is the responsibility of the patient to contact our office immediately to set up a new appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may become necessary to reschedule you.
Insurance Policy
Mullen Orthodontics is committed to helping you maximize your benefits from your insurance company. We participate with many insurance companies, and are able to accept payments from almost all insurance companies. Our Office Manager, Donna, is highly experienced in working with insurance companies and will help with this aspect of your orthodontic care.
We will verify your insurance benefits prior to the start of your treatment. We will be responsible for the filing of your insurance claims. If during treatment, your insurance benefits decrease, change or terminate, the unpaid balance will be the responsibility of the patient. It is the patient’s responsibility to notify us of any insurance change.
Dental Care
Regular dental care is the responsibility of the patient and family dentist. We encourage our patients to see their general dentist every 6 months during active orthodontic treatment.
